About me

Timshel is Joosep Ehasalu, currently based in Tallinn, Estonia.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Screenwriting (2015) and a Master’s in Documentary Directing (2022) from BFM and further honed his practice at New York–based Flatbush Pictures (2023–2024).

He has collaborated with the Estonian Academy of Arts, Kinoteater, Bikuben Fund, the Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center, and other cultural institutions. He is currently developing his debut documentary.
